I remain in gratitude for all the support and consideration you have shown both Fancify and each other during these trying times. As variants continue to emerge, with added risk from the flu and other viruses throughout this season, we are once again reminding you of and re-affirming our Safe in the Salon Practices and Protocols. These policies are subject to change as this situation develops, and the State continues to update the policies we must abide by.  Thanks again for your ongoing support

 REQUIRED:

ALL WHO ENTER NEED PROOF OF A COVID-19 VACCINATION. IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN VACCINATED, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER.

5-Layer N95/KN95 MASKS OR DOUBLED 3-Layer SURGICAL MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED

Proof of Vaccine: Your vaccine status must be verifiable at the time of your appointment.  Acceptable forms of vaccine proof include, your physical vaccine card, Myir Mobile Smart Health Cards QR Code, a picture of your vaccine card. 

 

Mask Policy: Please provide your own 5 layer K95 or N95 mask with ear loops not behind the head style. We cannot provide these at this time. If you do not have this available to you we can provide two 3 layer surgical style masks to be worn together. Understand your mask is likely to get damaged during your service, you are responsible/liable, so we recommend the foldable toss-away N95, K95 masks.

Hand Hygiene: Immediately upon entry, all clients will be required to wash their hands with soap & warm water for more than 20 seconds. Hand sanitizers are available and located throughout the salon, but HAND WASHING is recommended when at all possible.

Salon Capacity: When you arrive please text my phone at 206 235 7658 to let me know you are here. We will let you know when the salon is ready for guests. Only members from the same household will be allowed in the salon, and anyone coming into the salon is subject to the same regulations as the clients. All who enter the salon must mask up with appropriate mask(s), and wash their hands. 

Service Restrictions: Some appointment types will not be available during this time. Beard trims are not available. Bang trims are by appointment only and clients will be charged $15. Virtual consultations are a service we provide for free and recommend if you are a new client or looking to make a change to your current look. For all new color clients, you must book a 15 minute consultation before booking your full color appointment.

While at the Salon: Remember color appointments run long. We will make sure to schedule at least one break every three hours for both of us to go outside for socially distanced fresh air. Please understand if I continue to give you space, and don’t offer hugs or handshakes like usual. Snacks and drinking are okay if you SIP AND REPLACE your mask.  

If you are sick: If you are running a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, or if anyone in your household or covid pod is experiencing covid symptoms, or you have been to events with 20 or more people, your appointment will need to be rescheduled for 10 days post event/onset of symptoms. In some instances we may require proof of a negative test in addition to your vaccination status and masking. Please reach out and ask if you are unsure for any reason. We will continue to waive cancellation fees, and will hold your deposit until your appointment can be rescheduled. Appointments will be rescheduled as the calendar allows within established business hours. Exceptions may be made under extreme circumstances for other reasons, but clients must understand that rescheduled appointments will be charged time and a half as per 2/1/2022 Pricing Policy.
